Decision published in the Official Gazette dated 14.11.2023
- With the Presidential Decree No. 7782, the rate of late payment increase in the first paragraph of Article 51 of the Law No. 6183 on the Procedure for Collection of Public Receivables has been determined as 3.5% to be applied separately for each month.
- With the General Communique on Collection, the postponement interest rate in Article 48 of the Law No. 6183 on the Procedure for Collection of Public Receivables was determined as 36% per annum as of the publication date of this Communique, while it was applied as 24% per annum before.
These rates have entered into force as of the publication date of the Communique.
