The Circular numbered 2025/8 titled “Amendment to the General Circular of the Social Security Institution Presidency Numbered 2013/11 and dated 11/03/2025” is published.
According to the said Circular;
The following paragraph coming from the fourth paragraph of the heading “3-Transactions of correcting/deleting the notice of termination of employment” in Part One, Section Six of the Circular numbered 2023/11 on Insurance Transactions has been added.
– ”In the event that an insurance is terminated by notifying the reason for termination in a way that severance payment or notice payment shall not be paid, and then a decision is made to pay the severance payment or notice payment to the employee with a mediation agreement document or a court decision, the reason for termination will be changed with the reason for termination set forth in the relevant court decision or mediation agreement in the nature of judgement upon the application of the insured or the employer to the Institution with the mediation agreement document or court decision.
