As per the Communique published in the Official Gazette dated 20.12.2024
As per the Communique published in the Official Gazette dated 20.12.2024, amendments were made to the monetary limits specified in Article 68 of the Law on Consumer Protection and Article 6 of the Consumer Arbitration Committees Regulation.
Pursuant to aforementioned Communique;
- For applications to be made in 2025, Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees will have jurisdiction over disputes with a value below 149,000 (one hundred forty-nine thousand) Turkish Lira.
The decision will be effective as of date 01.01.2025.
