Communiqué (Communiqué No: 2024/2) amending the Communiqué numbered 2017/4 on Payments to be made by Joint Stock and Limited Liability Companies Pursuant to Law No: 4054 was published in the Official Gazette dated 01/10/2024 and numbered 32679.
Pursuant to the aforementioned Communiqué;
The share of four per ten thousand to be paid to the Competition Authority in the establishment or capital increases of joint stock and limited liability companies shall be collected through the Fee Tracking System (Harç Takip Sistemi) (HTS) by using the MERSIS interface.
This Communiqué enters into force on the date of its publication.
