“The Decision Regarding the Amendment of the Decision Regarding the Determination of VAT Rates to be Applied to Goods and Services has been published in the Official Gazette dated 07.07.2023.
The decision will enter into force as of 10.07.2023.
According to this decision, the following which are applied to the goods and services have been increased as follows;
- The 18% VAT rate has been increased to 20%,
- The 8% VAT rate has been increased to 10%.”

“The Decision Regarding the Re-Determination of the Fixed Fees Included in the Tariffs Subject to the Law on Fees has entered into force by being published in the Official Gazzette dated 07.07.2023.
According to this Decision, the following changes occured on the below fees which are included in the Law on Fees;
- Except for the section titled “Driver’s license fees”, the fixed fees applied in 2023 have been increased by 50%,
- The permit fee for the phone usage brought along with the passengers, which was TL 6,091.30, has been determined as TL 20,000.00.”
